Group organizers must be present and attending the tour.

Group organizers are able to reserve a maximum of 4 spots on the tour. This person is responsible for organizing group payment.

You must sign the insurance waiver upon arrival. All Participants must be over 21 years of age.

Tours are conducted in double kayaks. If your group has an odd number of participants, they will be paired up with other groups to fill double kayaks.

Moon Tours are not transferable and cannot be rescheduled or refunded for any reason. If members of your group do not arrive on time the tour will launch without them and the deposit will not be refunded.

Please arrive with the entire group 30 minutes prior to launch time. Plan on arriving early as traffic and parking can be challenging, especially when there are events in the area.

If you cancel your tour reservation fro any reason you forfeit the per-person deposit. If conditions are unsafe (Ex: high wind or thunder/lightening), the paddle club may cancel the tour and offer to move to another date or return the deposit in the form of a gift card. The paddle club will not cancel a moon tour for rain.

Alcohol is not permitted while in possession of our equipment. The paddle club reserves the right to refuse service if members of your group are intoxicated.

Moon Tours do not accommodate pets. While we love all dogs and pets, they are not allowed on our equipment. Unfortunately our insurance does not cover animals. They cannot go down our docks, in our kayaks or on the paddle boards. It's best to leave your furry friends at home.
